Where did the time go?
Well, here it is April and I am noticing that the blog hasn’t been updated in a loooong time. I’ve thought about it many times, but helping and training customers during a year of incredible growth has always taken precedence. Now that the sea of taxes has receded down past our necks, and spring break seems to have lightened my training load a bit, I figured I would do a little writing and let you know what’s happening.

First of all it has been a pleasure training and talking to schools about how to determine families’ financial needs. More and more schools tell us that they have never had as clear a picture of their families as they do with FAST. It never gets old having people end our training sessions with a sense that they will be able to do their job more effectively than ever before. One of my favorite parts of training is having schools click on the ‘Parent Feedback about FAST’ link. If you haven’t checked it out, you should. You’ll find comments from YOUR families about their experience using FAST. You get the good, bad, and poorly capitalized. We don’t edit any of these so you get to see the complaints, if you can find one.

Secondly, I would like to point out that we are getting close to the time of the year that we will need any last feedback from you. We have had our first meeting on next year’s enhancements and we are really psyched to get started. As always, many of your suggestions will be making the list, so make sure you don’t miss your chance!

Now, I’m going to go bother Terry and get him started on a blog entry for you.
